This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for the GrandpaCAD Service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription to GrandpaCAD at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of Your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the paid features of the Service until the end of the current billing period.

To cancel your subscription, please follow the instructions within your account settings or contact our support team for assistance.

Refunds

Generally, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable. You will not be refunded for any partial subscription periods or unused services if you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company, particularly in situations involving technical issues or extenuating circumstances. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation of your situation.

Any refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Free Tier

GrandpaCAD offers a free tier that includes a limited number of generations. No refunds are applicable for the use of the free tier, as no payment is made.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised policy. If You do not agree to the new policy, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
