GLB is the binary form of glTF, the standard format for web and real-time 3D. A single file holds meshes, materials, and textures.
The converter writes binary PLY, a compact format that mesh-processing tools like MeshLab and CloudCompare handle well.
One thing to watch: glTF stores coordinates in meters, while PLY is usually read as millimeters. If your model arrives 1000 times too small, tick the meters-to-millimeters option before converting.
GrandpaCAD turns a text prompt into a ready-to-print 3D model. Functional parts, organic shapes, multi-color prints. No CAD skills needed.
